This Website is provided by Style Lynk, LLC.
TRANSACTION FEES: Style Lynk, LLC charges a service fee for all services booked and purchases made on StyleLynk.com to cover administrative and advertising costs. While we strive to keep these costs low, they may change from time to time and without notice.
SCHEDULING LIMITATIONS: While this should not be the norm, although the listed professionals page should be updated with the professional’s current schedule, it is entirely possible that scheduling conflicts may occur that could require the professional to reschedule your booking. Thus, when booking an appointment on StyleLynk.com, Style Lynk, LLC makes no guarantee that the professional will (be able to) honor the appointment as scheduled.
NO GUARANTEE OF REPRESENTATION / Acknowledgement of Professionals: Style Lynk, LLC does not verify that listed professionals are licensed to perform the services offered by them on StyleLynk.com.
When professionals register with Style Lynk, LLC, professionals acknowledge to Style Lynk, LLC that they are a licensed professional, or if the listed page represents a salon, product supplier, or other business entity, all related employees, independent contractors or agents who are providing products or services further acknowledge that they are acting as licensed professionals, and that by doing so they are legally able and responsible to provide the services and products they offer to Clients on our StyleLynk.com.
By registering a professional listing page on StyleLynk.com, professionals acknowledge that their business information is correctly represented on StyleLynk.com. Style Lynk, LLC reserves the right to remove or hide any incorrect, out of date, or illegal information from profiles, as well as remove or hide the entire profile itself at any time.
By registering a professional listing page or as a user/subscriber on StyleLynk.com, users/subscribers & professionals further agree that, in providing such registration data, they will not knowingly omit or misrepresent any material facts or information and that they will promptly enter corrected or updated registration Data via their user account, or otherwise advise us promptly in writing of any changes or updates to their account information. They further consent and authorize us to verify their account information as required for their use of and access to the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user / subscriber or listed professional who provides inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete information, or who fails to comply with the account registration requirements.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY: Listed professionals, as a separate entity from Style Lynk, LLC, are solely responsible for all customer service issues relating to such professional’s goods or services, including without limitation, any hair, cosmetic, or fashion styling services, pricing, product order / event /class fulfillment, order or booking cancellation, returns, refunds and adjustments, rebates, functionality and warranty, and feedback concerning experiences with such professional, any personnel, their policies or processes. As between clients and Style Lynk, LLC, Style Lynk, LLC is solely responsible for all site-experience related customer service issues and those that pertain to booking payment or cancellation, provided such cancellations are in line with the site refund & cancellation policy. Event/Class ticket refunds, as well as refunds for booking cancellations that are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking date/time are subject to the individual listed professional’s refund & cancellation policy.
COMPENSATION LIBAILITY: Style Lynk, LLC will not be liable for providing reimbursement, compensation, or damages associated with your use of the services on this site, or in connection with any termination or suspension of the services. Any dissolution of these Terms of Service does not excuse you of any responsibility to pay any fees or costs accumulated prior to the dissolution and any other amounts owed by you to Style Lynk, LLC as provided in these Terms of Service.
DISCLOSURE IN CASES OF FRAUD: By using the Services, you hereby release Style Lynk, LLC from any liability arising from fraudulent actions. Style Lynk, LLC is not liable for any loss of money due to fraud, chargebacks, or other actions by any user / subscriber that are fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise invalid as determined in Style Lynk, LLC’s sole discretion in such matters. You acknowledge that your financial institution will be responsible for resolving restitution in any such case. You also acknowledge to promptly notify Style Lynk, LLC of any site related fraud which may affect the Services. Style Lynk, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the account of any user that engages in, or enables any other user to engage in fraudulent activity.
WITH RESPECT TO PAYMENT PROCESSING SERVICES: Users may be required to register with the designated payment processing service, agree to a payment processing service account agreement and the terms of service of the payment processing service and go through a vetting process at the request of the payment processing service to set up their account with the payment processing service. Please note that the company is not a party to the payment processing service agreement and that you, the payment processing service and any other parties listed in the payment processing service agreement are the parties to the payment processing service agreement and that the company has no obligations or liability to any user under the payment processing service agreement.
By accepting the terms and conditions on checkout, you acknowledge that you are subject to the payment processing service’s Terms of Service any subsequent services agreement, understanding that the payment processing service’s own Terms of Service may be modified from time to time. As a condition of Style Lynk, LLC enabling payment processing services through payment processing services, you agree to provide Style Lynk, LLC accurate and complete information about you, and you authorize Style Lynk, LLC to share it and transaction-related information for your use of the payment processing services enabled by that provider.
On particular occasions, we may opt not to authorize or settle any transaction that you submit to us if we believe in our sole discretion that the transaction is in violation of these Terms of Service or any other agreement associated with StyleLynk.com, or that it exposes listed professionals, other StyleLynk.com users, the payment processing service or Style Lynk, LLC to detriment or damage.
IN CASES OF EXCESSIVE CHARGEBACKS: When reviewing financial information pertaining to transactions processed via any professional listing page, if it is determined that a professional’s listing page(s) are incurring an excessive amount of chargebacks, we may establish controls or conditions governing their particular account, including without limitation, by (a) implementing new or additional processing fees, (b) delaying payouts to cover potential chargebacks, or (d) completely terminating or suspending the their ability to further have business listings on StyleLynk.com.
DISCLAIMERS: You expressly understand and agree that:
- Your use of the services is at your sole risk.
- You are fully and solely responsible for your interactions with other users and you agree that it is solely your responsibility to take reasonable precautions in all actions and interactions with other professionals and clients and in the provision or receipt of products, services, events or classes. Style Lynk, LLC is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the services. Style Lynk, LLC is under no obligation to, and does not routinely, screen its users, inquire into the background of its users or attempt to verify information provided by any user. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on the services or through the services or release to others. We disclaim all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other participants or users.
- It is possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the services or products, services, events or classes, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. We are not responsible for the use of any personal information that you disclose on the services or through the services. You understand that in using the services, sensitive information will travel through third-party infrastructure that is not under Style Lynk, LLC’s control (such as third-party servers). Style Lynk, LLC makes no warranty with respect to the security of such third-party infrastructure.

Style Lynk, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Style Lynk, LLC makes no representations or warranties about the quality, suitability, reliability, timing, durability, legality, or any other aspect of products, services, events or classes offered or provided by professionals or requested by clients through use of the services whether in public, private, or offline interactions or about the accreditation, registration or license of any professional. - Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the services is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
- No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Style Lynk, LLC or through or from the services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms of Service.
LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR EVENTS OFFERED: Style Lynk, LLC does not have control over the quality, suitability, reliability, timing, durability, legality, failure to provide, or any other aspect whatsoever of any Products, services, events or classes provided by professionals nor of the integrity, responsibility or any of the actions or omissions whatsoever of any professionals or clients. Style Lynk, LLC makes no representations or warranties whatsoever with respect to products, services, events or classes offered or provided by professionals or requested by clients through use of the services, whether in public, private, or offline interactions, or about the accreditation, registration or licensing of any professional.
By using this site, you acknowledge that you understand that Style Lynk, LLC does not screen its users or listed professionals, nor does it investigate the background of its users or attempt to verify information provided by any user. Style Lynk, LLC does in no way asserts that it verifies or confirms in any way that any user is who they claim to be or is accurately representing themselves. Style Lynk, LLC further attests that it does not verify or confirm any representations with respect to any product, service or event offered by the listing professionals listed on this site. Style Lynk, LLC assumes no responsibility for the correctness or verity of any information provided by the listed professionals. You acknowledge that you understand that Style Lynk, LLC may, but is not obligated to, check the background and experience of listed professionals via third-party background check services and first party interviews, including but not limited to a verification of identity and a comprehensive criminal background check and may terminate a professional’s listing or event pages based on any derogatory or incriminating information discovered during such background checks and first party interviews.
By creating an account as a listed professional, listed professionals certify that they are, or if they are a salon, product supplier, event host, “certified” instructor, or other business entity, all of their employees, independent contractors or agents who are providing the products, classes, or services each are, a licensed or certified professional and that their business information is correctly represented on StyleLynk.com. Upon account creation, listing professionals further certify that they are legally authorized to provide the products, classes, or services at their place of business, or at any other location designated on their professional listing page(s) for said class/event/service on StyleLynk.com.
Style Lynk, LLC reserves the right to remove or hide any incorrect, out of date, or illegal information from profiles, as well as remove or hide the entire profile itself.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Style Lynk, LLC or its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for bodily injury or emotional distress and damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the services; (ii) products or services provided by or facilitated via other users or listed professionals on StyleLynk.com, nor any interactions between users, including without limitation any liabilities arising in connection with the conduct, act or omission of any user (including without limitation stalking, harassment that is sexual or otherwise, acts of physical violence, and destruction of personal property) or any dispute with any user; (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (iv) any unauthorized access to or alteration of the services or your data or transmissions; or (v) any other matter relating to the products, classes, events or services offered by the listed professionals or other users on StyleLynk.com.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Style Lynk, LLC expressly disclaims any liability that may arise between users related to or arising from use of the services. Because Style Lynk, LLC is not involved in the actual exchange or products and services between professionals and clients or in the business of providing of any products, classes, events, or services professionals listed on this site, you hereby release and forever discharge Style Lynk, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from any and all claims, demands, damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, contingent or liquidated, arising from or related to any dispute or interactions with any other user, whether online or in person, whether related to the provision of products, services, events or classes or otherwise.

You expressly release and hold harmless Style Lynk, LLC, its officers, agents, employees and those acting under its authority, from any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the user content. This release shall be binding upon your heirs, administrators, executors and assigns.
