I hereby grant STYLE LYNK LLC, its photographers, affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns (“Style Lynk”) the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, film, record, publish, edit, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise use my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and any photographs or video of me (“Content”) for any lawful commercial, editorial, promotional, advertising, marketing, publishing, or business purpose.

This authorization includes use in:

• Style Lynk websites and digital platforms
• Social media and advertising
• Print and digital marketing materials
• STYLE LYNK Magazine
• Any current or future magazines, publications, or media titles published by Style Lynk
• Third-party licensing, syndication, and promotional use

I understand that the Content may be edited, altered, retouched, or combined with other materials, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final use.

I release and hold harmless Style Lynk from any claims related to the use of the Content, including claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.

I certify that I am at least 18 years old and legally able to sign this release.
